Pikes Peak Power Station

Vacation Rental

The Majestic Pikes Peak Power Station, once the power source for Victor’s famous Gold Coin Mine, has been lovingly

rehabilitated by architect Jim Smith into 3 modern loft condominiums.  Featuring wood-planked 18-foot ceilings and 12-foot tall arch-top double hung windows, these units have expansive light, unique floor plans, and modern styling and amenities.

Electrical Scientist Nichola Tessla (“The Prestige”) was purportedly consulted in the original design of this early Electric Substation (1899). Sensitively renovated into true “industrial lofts”, the 1-Bedroom West Unit vacation rental features 18-foot ceilings with exposed (Carnegie) steel beams and wood plank ceilings. Original 12- foot tall windows absorb expansive mountain views. Revel in the history of Victor Colorado, an unpolished historic gem in the Colorado Mountains.
