 | Parks and Recreation Master Plan 2012 Questionnaire The City of Victor has initiated a Parks and Recreation Master Plan process and your participation is essential. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey and tell us your needs and priorities for the future of Victor’s parks and recreation.
